ORDER

This Contempt petition has been filed for the wilful disobedience of the order passed in Crl OP No.28738 of 2023 dated 02.01.2024.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate filed the affidavit of the respondent along with all the relevant documents. It is seen that the investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate III, Erode and the same has been taken cognizance and it is now numbered as PRC No.33 of 2024. The next date of hearing has been fixed on 07.08.2024. 3.
