ORDER
The petitioner/Accused No.1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 02.04.2021 for an offence under Section 174(1) of Cr.PC and further altered the offence under Section 302, 201, 404, 294(b) of IPC in Crime No.262 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Government (Criminal Side) on instructions submitted that the petitioner has been detained under the Goondas Act vide Detention order No.14 of 2021 dated 08.06.2021. 3.
In view of the above, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
