ORDER

(made by M. SUNDAR, J.) Captioned 'writ miscellaneous petition' (hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity) has been filed to substitute the lone writ petitioner (Durairaj) with his two sons, viz., Solaisami and Dhandapani, as two writ petitioners.

Mr. K.V. Muthuvisakan, learned counsel on record for petitioners, submits that sole writ petitioner, Durairaj, died on 12.11.2023 and that has necessitated the captioned WMP. Page Nos.2/4

Issue notice to respondents.

Mr. T.K. Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice for respondents and very fairly submits that the innocuous prayer in the captioned WMP is not opposed but the rights and contentions of State in the main writ petition may please be preserved and the instant substitution being allowed may please not be considered as any concession on the part of the State. Recording this submission and considering the innocuous nature of the prayer, captioned WMP is ordered as prayed for.

Registry shall carry out necessary and consequential amendments in the case file within a fortnight from today, i.e., on or before 18.06.2025.

Captioned WMP stands disposed of in the aforesaid manner. There shall be no order as to costs.
