Mr.K.V.Dhanapalan, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. With the consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. The petitioner has come up with this writ petition, challenging the charge memo and the order of suspension dated 30.06.2015, which was issued on the date of superannuation of the petitioner i.e.,30.06.2015.

3. When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied in case a direction is issued to the third respondent to conclude the disciplinary proceedings and pass final orders within a time frame.

4. In view of the limited prayer now made, without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner pursuant to the charge memo dated 30.06.2015 and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
