O R D E R

This petition has been filed to register an FIR on the complaint dated 19.04.2016 and police receipt No.159/2016 dated 23.04.2016 for the offences of cheating criminal intimidation and other related offences.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 19.04.2016, it appears that the opposite party has borrowed Rs.6 lakhs from the petitioner on 10.12.2015 and has not returned the amount. Even the cheque given by the opposite party has been dishonoured. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the complaint, this Court is of the view that it is not a fit case to issue direction to the respondent to register an FIR. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
