This writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 16.12.2024 and to register the General Power of Attorney document dated 03.12.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to take a decision on the representation made by the petitioner dated 16.12.2024 seeking for registration of Power of Attorney document pertaining to the subject property within a 2/4

period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
