This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent would submit that there is a money dispute between the petitioner and the counter parties. Therefore, it is civil in nature. The respondent police has no role to play in this matter.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. If at all any cognizable https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

offence is meted out as against the petitioner on the complaint lodged by the second and third respondent, the respondent police is at liberty to enquire the matter in accordance with law. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
