This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 17.08.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is seen that the petitioner has not attached any proof for having been given the complaint to the 2nd respondent.
4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to give fresh complaint in person to the 3rd respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and take action in accordance with law.
