....Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 1st Respondent in G.O.(D) No.77, Higher Education (H1) Department dated 27.05.2020 and to quash the same in so far as the petitioners are concerned and consequently directing the respondents to restore the petitioners into University service or to depute the petitioners in the existing vacancies to the post of Assistant Professor in Physical Education in various State Universities/University Constituent Colleges either on deputation or by redeployment. Though the instant Writ Petition has been filed challenging the G.O.(D) No.77, Higher Education (H1) Department dated 27.05.2020, now the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks for limited relief directing the respondent to consider his representation dated 27.05.2020

Since the petitioners seek only for limited relief, without going into the merits of the case, this Court disposes this Writ Petition giving direction to the petitioners to give a fresh representation to the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On receipt of the representation, the respondents are directed to consider the same in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.
