O R D E R

2. Heard Mrs.R.Revathy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.S.Y.Masood, learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent and Mr.S.R.Rajagopalan, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.
3. The petitioner got enrolled in the year 2011. He was expected to clear the All India Bar Examination within two years. It appears that he applied for the All India Bar Examination conducted in the year 2013 vide Application No.509277. Contending that he was not even liable to take the examination and also contending that as a measure of concession to the Bar Council he was prepared to write the examination, he has come up with the above writ petition.
4. But the prayer with which the writ petitioner has come up has already become infructuous. The All India Bar Examination 2013 is already over. It appears that the writ petitioner after having applied, failed to download the hall ticket and appear for the examination. Since the petitioner failed to appear for the examination, the second part of the prayer asking for a mandamus at least to direct the respondent to reject his application has been satisfied. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is dismissed.
