Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the third respondent in C.M.A. No.3 of 2005 dated 24.08.2009 confirming the order passed in E.P.No.41/04-05 in Claim Petition No.776/992000 dated 07.01.2005 by the first respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to consider the grievances of the petitioner.

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash of the order of the third respondent in C.M.A. No.3 of 2005 dated 24.08.2009 confirming the order passed in E.P.No.41/04-05 in Claim Petition No.776/99-2000 dated 07.01.2005 by the first respondent and consequently direct the second respondent to consider his grievances. 2.

Since there is no representation for the petitioner, on 31.07.2017 this Court directed the Registry to post the matter 'for dismissal' on 02.08.2017. Today also, when the matter was taken up, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, the Writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
