This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to pass an order of direction, directing the respondent police to investigate on the complaint dated 18.07.2018 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3.In view of the order passed by this Court in the case of Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., Vs The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-600 020 and another [2016 (5) CTC 577 : 2016-2-LW (Crl.) 499], this petition is not maintainable.

4.Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner set out in Sugesan's case (supra).
