O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders, fixing the fees to be paid by the students for the year 2015-2016, within a stipulated time limit.

2. Even though the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, prima facie, it appears that the prayer in the Writ Petition has become infructuous, the fees has been exorbitantly increased by the School and that the complaints have been given in that regard.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent/School produced a statement, wherein, Joint Committee meeting was held between the Parents Association and the School and decided that the fees for the academic year 20172018 and 2018-2019 was agreed not to be increased.

4. The Government filed a report dated 03.02.2016 stating that the fees has been increased to Rs.300/- during the year 2016-2017 and for the third respondent/School, it is increased to Rs.200/- during the academic year 2016-2017. As it has been decided that there will be no revision for the academic year 2017-2018 and 2018-2019, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner. However, if the petitioner has got any grievance for the subsequent year to be mentioned, it is open for the petitioner to redress their grievance in accordance with law.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CO) //True copy// Sub Assistant Registrar asi To
