O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that, initially a case in Crime No.649 of 2010 was registered and after completing investigation, final report has been filed and now, the case is pending in SC.No.11 of 2012 before the Assistant Sessions Court, Pollachi. While so, further investigation under Section 173[8] Cr.P.C has been ordered. On account of which, the police have sent summons to the petitioner, to appear for investigation.

4. Under such circumstances, blanket order of not of harass cannot be passed and the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the investigation and during the investigation, he shall not be harassed.
