O R D E R

The Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that the order passed by this Court on 04.11.2011 in WP.No.12427 of 2007 has already been complied with. In this regard, the respondent issued an order in proceeding dated 13.07.2012 itself.

2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that, the said order has not been served on the writ petitioner. However, those factual disputes cannot be adjudicated in the Contempt Petition. It is left open to the writ petitioner to raise all these questions before the appropriate forum. However, the Contempt Petition need not be kept pending, in view of the fact, the respondents have passed an order in proceedings on 13.07.2012. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
