This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 27.02.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.63 of 2015 before the respondent and that the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry.
4. On the contrary, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was brutally attacked and hospitalised and that is the reason, he was not able to appear before the respondent police.
5. Under such circumstances, the respondent Police is directed to enquire into the complaint and take action in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
