The present Application has been filed to condone the delay of 72 days in filing the Written Statement of the applicant/1st defendant in C.S.No.260 of 2024.

2. Mr.Vishnu Mohan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 submitted he has no objection in allowing this application.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 has no objection in allowing this application, the same is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.
