This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.919 of 2015, within the time frame stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.919 of 2015 has been registered and is being investigated by the respondent police.
4. Taking into consideration the nature of allegation, no time limit can be fixed to complete the investigation. However, respondent-Police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
