Crl.M.P.No.5396 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.No.1603 of 2017 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN.J Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 26.04.2023, the balance amount of Rs.35,000/- is deposited before the trial Court and a memo to that effect is filed.

2. The above said fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the respondent. The memo dated 28.04.2023, is recorded.

3. As directed by this Court earlier vide order dated 16.03.2023 in Crl.R.C.No.1603 of 2017, the respondent herein/complainant before the trial Court is hereby permitted to withdraw the amount by filing necessary petition before the trial Court.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of.
