JUDGMENT

This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying this Court to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.6969 of 2021 dated 25.11.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Solicitor General of India appearing for the respondents submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, a detailed order has been passed and a copy of the same has been communicated to the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, no wilful disobedience has been made out and accordingly, this Contempt petition is closed. It is open for the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
