ORDER
This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act seeking extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to pronounce an arbitral award by another period of six months. 2.Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that even though in this application, six months extension has been sought for, he seeks for nine months extension on the ground that the respondents have filed an application before the Arbitral Tribunal seeking for forensic examination and on account of the same, further extension is sought for.

vga 3.Lerned counsel for the respondents has stated no objection if nine months time is granted for the Arbitral Tribunal to pronounce an Arbitral Award. 4.This Court, after giving due consideration to the submissions made by both the counsels and since this Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant for seeking extension of time, is inclined to grant extension for the Arbitral Tribunal to pronounce an Arbitral Award by another period of nine months.
