By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that he is in possession and enjoyment of the superstructure along with land, ad measuring 0.01.08 sq.mt in grama nantham land, comprised in New Survey No.391/17, Old Survey No.282/1A Pa, bearing patta No.191, in Pollachi Taluk, and he has submitted a representation, dated 15.03.2010, along with documents, evidencing payment of required fee, requesting them to maintain the land, and since no response is forthcoming, he has came forward to file this Writ Petition.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner also sent a reminder, dated 01.02.2016, to the second respondent. In spite of the same, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the second respondent has not passed any order, which constrained the petitioner to file this Writ Petition. 4.

Heard Mr.P.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of respondents. 5.

Though the petitioner has sought for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the above facts and circumstances, and without going into the merits of the case expressed by the petitioner, either in the representation, or the Writ Petition, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representation, dated 15.03.2010 as well as the reminder, dated 01.02.2016, in accordance with law, after putting on notice to the persons concerned, and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner as well as persons concerned.

The Writ Petition is disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
