The petitioners are Drivers in the Revenue Department in Erode District. They have rendered service for 4 to 5 years continuously. They have been paid consolidated salary of Rs.8,000/- per month. They have made representation dated 15.05.2015 to regularise their service.

2. According to the petitioners, persons similarly situated were regularised in Coimbatore and other Districts, however, their representation dated 15.05.2015 has not been considered by the respondents till date, hence, the present writ petition is filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In these circumstances, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.05.2015 on merits and in accordance with law in the light of the facts stated above and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
