This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to issue legal heir certificate based on the petitioner's application dated 15.2.2013.

2. Heard Mr.S.Paul Gnana Muthu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Inbanathan, Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner was already issued with the legal heir certificate issued by the respondent on 06.10.2016.

4. In the light of the above submission made by the learned Additional Government, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
