ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein not to form a Tar Road or Drainage in the small Plot of land measuring an extent of 300 sq.ft. at the Western end of 20 and 30 ft. Road gifted by V.Ramasamy and others to the local authority comprised in S.No.328/2C part situated at No.4, Velampalayam Village, Tiruppur Taluk, Tiruppur District.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. That apart, the petitioner had filed another writ petition in W.P.No.25268 of 2024 for Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to remove the encroachment of formation of connecting road in the petitioner's land.

3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
