Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Madamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to deposit the entire decree amount as directed by this Hon'ble Court in S.A.No.1771 of 2003 without deducting tax

at source under Section 194LA of the Income Tax Act, 1961 to the credit of C.M.A.No.8 of 2001 on the file of the Sub-Court, Udumalpet, Tiruppur District.
