GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI, J.] After some arguments, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authority under the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905.
