Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records with respect of the impugned order passed by the second respondent dated 19.03.2020 in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.17036/C3/E1/2020 and quash the same and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent to transfer the petitioner herein from Government Higher Secondary School, Alambadi, Villupuram District to Government High or Higher Secondary School, Thottipatti at Namakkal District or any other school at Namakkal in the existing vacancy by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 26.02.2020 and 16.05.2020 within a reasonable period.
