CRIME NO.11 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on 07.04.2021 in the bail application Crl.O.P.No.5257 of 2021 in Crime No.11 of 2021 that the petitioner should sign before the respondent H3 Tondiarpet Police Station, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m. and thus render Justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.MOHAN RAJ, Advocate for the Ppetitioner and of M/S. C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The present petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in clause (b) of the order dated 07.04.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5257 of 2021. 2.This Court, vide order dated 07.04.2021, directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4.In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed modifying the condition by permitting the petitioner to appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
