This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to Cr.No.109 of 2010 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. When the case was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that investigation in Cr.No.109 of 2010 has been completed and Final Report has been filed in C.C.No.79 of 2012 for offences under Sections 294(b) IPC and Section 4(1)(j) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
