ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This is an appeal by way of public interest to ensure that a bridge is constructed across the Amaravathi River between Dhalavoipattinam and Alangiyam Villages in the Dharapuram Taluk of Tiruppur District.

2. These are matters where the Court should be very slow in interfering. While it may seem quite appropriate that a bridge be constructed as suggested, yet there are conflicting demands on the limited resources available to a State and the choice has to be made on the basis of material which may not be conveniently presented before the Court.

W.P.No.10595 of 2020 is disposed of by requesting the petitioner to make an application before the relevant District Collector for such Collector to sympathetically consider the matter and take necessary steps in accordance with law, subject to resources being available. There will be no order as to costs.
