This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 01.08.2015 and to proceed with the investigation according to law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. It is seen that, this petitioner had engaged a private detective agency, in order to find out the death of his father. It is the allegation of the petitioner that the detective agency did not properly investigate the case, but has given a false report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. On a reading of the complaint, it does not disclose cognizable offence for the Police to register an F.I.R., Hence this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
