ORDER
The petitioner's prayer to dispose of the representations, dated 28.02.2013 and 10.03.2013 is not going to help anyone much less the petitioner. Taking note of the averments made in the Writ Petition, the issue has got to be resolved only before the Civil Court, as the dispute is of civil nature and the petitioner will have to work his remedy only before the Civil Court. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
