2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, an FIR has been registered in Cr.No.143 of 2016 on 06.08.2016 for offences u/s 147, 148, 427, 447, 294 (b) and 506(2) IPC.
