The petitioner is an Association, and the deponent of the affidavit would state that, in terms of the order passed by the Government, vide G.O.Ms.No.183 of Agricultural AP1 Department, dated 26.11.2014, the petitioner was granted subsidy to purchase a Tractor, and orders were placed to M/s.Aarthee Tractor, Perambalur. The petitioner was directed to pay entire amount, and thereafter, to approach the Official respondents, for getting the subsidy, and though the petitioner is entitled to get 40% subsidy, they have not been paid, and in this regard, the petitioner has given a representation, dated 16.02.2016, followed by reminder, dated 19.04.2016. Since no response is forthcoming, the petitioner has came forward to file this Writ Petition.
Heard Mr.A.Rajakumar, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.S.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of respondents. Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court in the light of the facts and circumstances of the case, and without going into the merits of the claim expressed by the petitioner, directs the fourth respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 16.02.2016 and the reminder, dated 19.04.2016, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
