Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS, directing the respondent authority to give permission to conduct Cultural Programme (Adal Padal Nigalchi) in the event of Poosanikaivattam Village Arulmigu Sree Muthu Mariamman Temple Festival at Natrampalli Taluk, Tirupathu District on 07.05.2022 between 06.00 P.M. to 11.00 P.M. by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.04.2022.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to issue direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.04.2022.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondent submitted that the respondent has considered the representation of the petitioner and rejected the request made by the petitioner. He further submits that a copy of the said rejection order has been communicated to the petitioner and necessary endorsement has been obtained in this regard.

3. Since, the prayer sought for in this writ petition is to consider the representation of the petitioner, which representation has already been considered and rejected by the respondent, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
