This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to record the petitioner's statement and the petitioner's side witness, there after included the 3rd and 4th accused namely Devaraj & Muthalagan in the Charge sheet based on the FIR in Crime No.113 of 2015 on the file of respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When this Court was about to dismiss this petition on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
