PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to give police protection to the lands of the petitioner measuring 1.50 acres in S.F.No.140/3B1 situated at Ullatti Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District in case of necessity. For Petitioner : Mr.K.Govi Ganesan For Respondents : Mr.S.Karthikeyan (for R1 & R2) Additional Public Prosecutor.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to give police protection to the lands of the petitioner measuring 1.50 acres in S.F.No.140/3B1 situated at Ullatti Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District in case of necessity.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner also filed a suit as against the respondents 3 to 10 and the same was decreed in his favour. They also filed a suit as against the petitioner and the same was dismissed. Even then, they are disturbing the possession and enjoyment of the property. As such the petitioner sought for police protection for his life and limb to enjoy his property.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to produce all the Civil Court Orders before the second respondent and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the counter parties viz., respondents 3 to 10 herein and conduct an enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
