2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, investigation got completed long back and closed as "Mistake of Fact". RCS Notice dated 30.12.2022 was served to the petitioner/ defacto complainant.

3. Per contra, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, no such notice was served on the petitioner.

4. In the said circumstances stated by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, 1st respondent is directed to serve another copy of RCS Notice to the petitioner herein.

5. With the above observations and directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
