This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to carry out proper investigation on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.02.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 12.02.2015, it appears that the dispute is essentially between the land owner and the tenant. Hence, no positive direction can be issued to the Police to register an F.I.R., https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
