When the matter came up for hearing today, the petitioner as well as the second respondent/defacto complainant are personally present before this Court and identified themselves. They also produced their Aadhar Card bearing Nos.9281 5475 9004 and 2802 9602 7243 respectively.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the second respondent and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending proceedings in C.C.No.13 of 2015 on the file of the Mahila Court (Magistrate Level), Coimbatore, the second respondent/de-facto complainant and the petitioner have amicably settled the issue among themselves and the de-facto complainant has also filed a compromise affidavit dated 12.02.2018 stating https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that she has no objection if the proceedings in C.C.No.13 of 2015 on the file of the Mahila Court (Magistrate Level), Coimbatore is quashed.

4.Recording the statements made by the defacto complainant in the affidavit filed by her dated 12.02.2018, the entire proceedings in C.C.No.13 of 2015 on the file of the learned Mahila Court (Magistrate Level), Coimbatore is quashed. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. Sd/- Asst.Registrar (CS VIII) /true copy/ Sub Asst.
