By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner would state that she has purchased a land admeasuring to an extent of 1274 square feet, in Korattur

Village, Ambattur Taluk, Chennai, comprised in Survey No.534 (Part) from the sixth respondent by means of a registered sale deed bearing Document No.1631/2010, dated 3.5.2010. 3.The grievance now expressed by the petitioner, is that the fifth respondent, who is the husband of the sixth respondent, has managed to get patta for an extent of 48 cents and has also included the property purchased by the petitioner from his wife viz. the sixth respondent, and the petitioner, in this regard, made a representation to the Assistant Settlement Officer, Survey and Settlements, Chepauk, Chennai, on 19.8.2013, and the first respondent has forwarded the same to the second respondent vide letter in Na.Ka.E1/6413/2013 dated 23.9.2013, for appropriate action and since she has not been favoured with any response, she came forward to file this writ petition. 4.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.M.Digvijaya Pandian, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.

5.This Court, without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, directs the second respondent to act on the direction of the first respondent under letter No.Na.Ka.E1/6413/2013 dated 23.9.2013, after putting on notice, the respondents 5 and 6, and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the respondents 5 and 6.
