... Respondent Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order to extend the timeline of the arbitral proceedings between Acrologic Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd., and Satheesh Kumar Manoharan at Sam Micandro at Samby 6 (six) months from 30.04.2019.

This Application coming on this day before this Court for hearing, the Court made the following order:- This application is filed seeking to extend the time line of the arbitral proceedings between the applicant and the respondent by six months from 30.04.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides.

3. It is stated that the arbitration proceeding is pending for final arguments. Since the mandate of the Tribunal has expired on 30.04.2019, the present application has been filed. It is further stated that the extension is sought for the first time.

4. Accordingly, with the consent of learned counsel appearing on both sides, time for completion of the arbitration proceedings is extended by six months from today and the parties are directed to co-operate for completion of the proceedings and enable the tribunal to pass an award

within a period of six months.
