(Order of the Court was made by Sunder Mohan J.) The wife of one Manikandan, claiming that he is in illegal detention, has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. The said Manikandan is produced before us today. He would state that he had left the matrimonial house voluntarily and he is not in illegal detention. He has also furnished his present address and mobile number, reading thus: Manikandan, S/o Sarangabani, No.14, Lalitha Garden, Srinivasa Perumal Kovil Street, Madhavaram, Chennai.
