Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.04.2022 and grant permission to the petitioner in order to conduct the cultural program (Adal Padal Nigalchi) which is schedule to be held on 05.05.2022 at 6.00 p.m., to 11.00 p.m., in Sri Muthu Mariyamman Temple situated at Athisakthi Nagar, Athiyoor Post, Tirupattur T.K., Tirupattur District-635 602.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in the writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.04.2022 and grant permission to the petitioner in order to conduct the cultural program (Adal Padal Nigalchi) which is schedule to be held on 05.05.2022 at 6.00 p.m., to 11.00 p.m., in Sri Muthu Mariyamman Temple situated at Athisakthi Nagar, Athiyoor Post, Tirupattur T.K., Tirupattur District-635 602.

2. It is seen that even though the event is scheduled to be taken place on 05.05.2022, the petitioner has sent the representation dated 30.04.2022 to the respondents only on 01.05.2022 and immediately, without giving sufficient time to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondents to consider his representation, has filed this Writ Petition on the very next day i.e. on 02.05.2022.

3. Therefore, the present Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
