Seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court, the petitioner/A4 is before this Court with this miscellaneous petition.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner/A4 is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and hence, the conditions may be relaxed.

3.The learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner/A4 is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4.In view of the above, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner/A4 shall appear before the respondent police once in fifteen (15) days, i.e. 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. This miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
