PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to take appropriate action against the 5th and 6th respondents based on the Petitioner's representation/complaints dated 23-02-2026 & 17-02-2026 and 21-02-2026 and fixing outer time limit and pass such further or other orders as may deem fit and thus render justice.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to take appropriate action against the respondents 5 and 6 based on the petitioner's representation/complaints dated 17-02-2026, 21-02-2026 and 23-02-2026, within a fixed time frame.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the complaints are still pending for enquiry.
3. In view of the above, this Court directs the fourth respondent to conduct an enquiry on the complaints lodged by the petitioner dated 17-02-2026, 21-02-2026 and 23-02-2026, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6, as well as any other necessary parties, if any, and
to dispose of the complaints, either by registering an FIR or by closing the same in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of. No costs.
