It is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that as against the order of this Court dated 01.11.2018, the Government has filed Special Leave Petition before the Supreme Court and obtained an order of interim stay. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt petition.
