These petitions are filed (i) to condone the delay of 3449 days in filing application to implead the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent, namely, K.Govindasamy (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent and (iii) to bring the proposed respondents 4 to 7 as the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection in allowing these petitions.

3. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and in the facts and circumstances, the present petitions are allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendments in the C.M.A.No.3304 of 2014 and post the matter on 11.10.2023. 06.10.2023 vji M.DHANDAPANI, J.
