When these matters are taken up for hearing, it is represented by the Official Trustee that lease agreement has been extended and therefore, A.Nos.2082 & 2083 of 2021 may be closed. It is further represented that insofar as A.No.2084 of 2021 is concerned, the matter had already been settled in the Lok Adalat as early as on 08.09.2021.

2. In view of the subsequent development, I am of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, A.Nos.2082 and 2083 of 2021 are closed.
